Insurance works
Gather documents. Till slip, waybill number, voucher number, and your ID Start the claim on PAXI WhatsApp or via the claims line. Share parcel details and proof of Insurance purchase. Wait for verification. On approval, payout goes to the buyer of the insurance.
How Abacus Paxi Parcel Insurance works
For a parcel worth up to R2500, add a R10 parcel insurance voucher. For a parcel worth more than R2,500 and up to R5,000, add a R20 parcel insurance voucher. One parcel insurance voucher per parcel. You can only make one claim per voucher. Coverage applies to loss events in the PAXI network. Activate within 7 days of voucher purchase.
