The Head: Business Enablement is a critical leadership role that is accountable for ensuring that technology investment is translated into tangible, sustainable business outcomes. The role leads business analysis, IT demand management and agile delivery enablement, creating a strong bridge between business strategy and technology execution. It establishes a value-led, governed path from business need through prioritisation, delivery, adoption and benefits realisation, so that IT enables business transformation and sustainable growth rather than simply delivering technology solutions.
The role acts as the primary interface between senior business stakeholders and technology delivery teams, balancing hands-on problem solving with the scaling of enterprise-wide practices. It works closely with the PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Product, Change, Risk, Compliance, Security, Data, and Technology Engineering functions.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Business Science, Engineering or a related field
- A relevant postgraduate qualification (Honours, MBA, Master's or equivalent) is advantageous
- Certification in business architecture, business analysis, product management, project management or agile delivery is advantageous
- At least 10 years' relevant experience in business enablement, business analysis, product management, business architecture or technology-enabled change
- At least 3 years' leadership experience with influence at executive level
